Chester Author Roscoe, known professionally as Rx Papi (formerly DrugRixh Papi and Lil Fleechy), is an American rapper from Rochester, NY. He is best known for his collaborative album Foreign Exchange, as well as his work with fellow Rochester rapper RXKNephew.
